North Korea has recently carried out the testing of a brand new high-thrust rocket engine which has been tagged as a breakthrough for the nation’s space program according to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un last Sunday. As stated by the Korean Central News Agency, the rocket testing was made in order to gauge the overall functionality of the engine, including its safety and the dependability of its controls. The report from the country’s news agency stated that this will be used for North Korea’s space program, particularly on its satellite-launching program.
