• Elon Musk unexpectedly arrived in Beijing after the visit of the head of the State Department Blinken. The meeting with Chinese Premier Li Qiang was an opportunity to highlight Tesla's successful cooperation in China, which can be interpreted as a hint from Beijing of its willingness to negotiate with certain American companies.
