Акции крупнейшего российского рекрутера Headhunter после проведения IPO на NASDAQ подорожали на 16,6% до $15,8. Капитализация компании достигла $787,5 млн.

9 мая компания провела первичное размещение акций (IPO), разместив 32% капитала в виде американских депозитарных акций. За первый час торгов стоимость ценных бумаг выросла на 12% до $15.

Андеррайтеры ( Morgan Stanley MS, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse CSGN, VTB Capital, BofA Merril Lynch, Sberbank CIB) получат 30-дневный опцион на покупку 5% акций по начальной цене размещения. Исходя из нее, размер IPO рекрутера составил $220,1 млн, а стоимость всей компании – $675 млн.

В 2018 году выручка Headhunter увеличилась на 29% до 6,1 млрд руб., чистая прибыль – почти в 2 раза до 1 млрд руб. Скорректированный показатель EBITDA составил 2,8 млрд руб.
