Эрнесто Сампер, генеральный секретарь Союза южноамериканских наций (Унасур) обратился к странам Латинской Америки с призывом объединяться против  антииммигрантской политики Дональда Трампа.


Генсек Унасур назвал указы нового президента США, направленные на борьбу с незаконной эмиграцией, расистскими и ксенофобскими, обвинил Белый дом в нарушении  соглашений между странами, призвал активно бороться и объединяться в ответ на действия новой администрации США.


Ранее глава Белого дома подписал указы об охране границы и иммиграции, которые предполагают строительство стены на границе с Мексикой, высылку на родину нелегальных мигрантов и другие подобные защитные меры.
