ЦБ РФ прогнозирует сохранение дефицита на рынке нефти

Центробанк России заявил, что активное восстановление мировой экономики способствовало сокращению запасов нефти, увеличению дефицита на рынке углеводородов и росту цен.

Чуть ранее ЦБ повысил прогноз по ценам на нефть на 2021 год до $60 за баррель с $50, а на 2022 год – до $55 с $50. Ожидания на 2023 год остались неизменными – $50 за баррель.

Поддержку ценам на нефть по-прежнему оказывает соглашение ОПЕК+, ограничения в рамках которого смягчаются медленнее, чем планировалось ранее. Участники рынка вне ОПЕК+ также весьма сдержанно реагируют на растущие цены на нефть и, несмотря на увеличение буровой активности компаний в США, их планы по добыче на 2021 год не претерпели существенных изменений.
