Игорь Тросников, один из руководителей Объединенной редакции РБК, рассказал, что ведутся переговоры о продаже холдинга, но сделки еще нет.

Ранее СМИ сообщили, что Григорий Березкин, владелец Группы ЕСН, рассматривает возможность покупки у Михаила Прохорова медиахолдинга РБК, сделку планируют заключить до 1 мая.

Другие источники утверждают, что консультирует Прохорова Группа «ВТБ Капитал», которая и нашла покупателя. Также появились сообщения, что сумма предполагаемой сделки существенно меньше $200 млн.

Тросников подтвердил, что переговоры ведутся, но сделки еще нет. Кроме того, он подчеркнул, что редакция не принимает участие в переговорах.
