В четверг, 16 августа, курс юаня относительно доллара США укрепился на 0,66%, после того как министерство коммерции КНР сообщило о возобновлении торговых переговоров с США.

По состоянию на 17:40 МСК юань торговался у отметки 6,8890 за $1, а вчера достиг минимальных значений с мая 2017 года.

Стоимость китайской национальной валюты относительно американского доллара падает с пятый месяц подряд, приближаясь к отметке 7 юаней за $1, области ценовых минимумов за последние 10 лет.

Китайские финансовые аналитики полагают, что «медвежий» тренд юаня вызван напряженной ситуацией на мировом рынке, а также замедлением темпов роста промышленного производства в стране.

Эксперты считают, что возобновление торговых переговоров поможет укреплению курса юаня. Ближайшая встреча между сторонами состоится в конце августа в Вашингтоне.
