Глава Центробанка России в интервью ТАСС отметила, что несмотря на существенное снижение уровня инфляции в 2016 году, инфляционные ожидания граждан РФ остаются на очень высоком уровне. Инфляция снизилась в соответствии с прогнозами регулятора, и к концу года планируется достичь 4%-го уровня инфляции в стране. Однако инфляционные риски все еще присутствуют, главным из которых являются как раз повышенные инфляционные ожидания.

Согласно проведенному по заказу ЦБ опросу «инФОМ», большое количество респондентов уверены, что уровень существующей инфляции намного превышает уровень, рассчитываемый Росстатом. Это можно объяснить тем, что, как правило, инфляция неравномерна в различных регионах страны. Более того, люди с различными уровнями заработка по разному воспринимают растущие цены. 

Эльвира Набиуллина также высказала опасения по поводу возникновения новых «черных лебедей». Неопределенность мировой экономики и политики, существующая в течении последних лет, может отрицательно повлиять на финансовые рынки, вызвав очередной экономический коллапс.
