Россия ужесточит санкции против КНДР

Министерство иностранных дел РФ по указу президента подготовило проект об ужесточении санкций против Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики. Эти меры были приняты в ответ на проведение ракетных испытаний в КНДР 12 февраля. Запуск баллистической ракеты средней дальности был произведен в сторону Японского моря. Ранее, в ноябре 2016 года, ООН уже вводила санкции в отношении Корейской Республики за испытание ядерного оружия в сентябре 2016 года. Прошлогодние санкции привели к ограничению экспорта угля, лишив страну, тем самым, главного источника твердой валюты.

В документе нового указа предписывается прекратить сотрудничество с лицами или организациями, представляющими Северную Корею, в научно-технических областях, за исключением обменов в области медицины. Взаимодействие в области ядерной науки, машиностроения и авиатехники рассматривается возможным, при условии одобрения со стороны Комитета СБ ООН. Кроме того, ужесточенные санкции предусматривают запрет на поставки меди, никеля, цинка и серебра в КНДР. Поставка новых вертолетов и морских судов также будет приостановлена.
