США превзошли Россию и Саудовскую Аравию по добыче нефти

Минэнерго США сообщило, что американские компании добыли рекордное количество нефти и обошли по этому показателю Россию и Саудовскую Аравию.

В августе в США добывали в среднем 11,346 млн баррелей нефти в сутки, тогда как в России – 11,210 млн баррелей.

Существенный рост уровня нефтедобычи в Соединенных Штатах стал возможен благодаря компаниям, работающим в Мексиканском заливе, а также производителям сланцевой нефти в Техасе, Колорадо и Северной Дакоте.

Америка обогнала Россию и Саудовскую Аравию по среднесуточной добыче нефти впервые за 45 лет. При этом аналитики полагают, что превосходство Штатов может оказаться временным, согласно предварительным данным, в сентябре Россия снова опередила США на фоне снижения добычи в Иране и Венесуэле.

Эксперты BP прогнозируют, что к 2035 году США нарастят объемы добычи нефти до уровня 17 млн баррелей в сутки, став крупнейшим в мире производителем жидких углеводородов, тогда как Россия нарастит среднесуточную добычу всего до 12 млн баррелей.
