Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам (SEC) США разрешила торговлю ETF на основе Ethereum от Grayscale и ProShares.


NYSE Arca получила разрешение на листинг деривативов Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust и ProShares Ethereum ETF. Однако, официальный старт торговли возможен только после утверждения SEC форм S-1 для регистрации этих Ethereum-ETF. 


Grayscale планирует конвертировать свой существующий трастовый фонд Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE) в ETF, выдав паи нового дериватива владельцам акций Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust. Это позволит компании снизить отток капитала из ETHE, в который инвестировано около $11 млрд. 


ProShares, подавшие заявку на одобрение своего Ethereum-ETF позже, чем Grayscale, вероятно не успеют запустить торговлю на следующей неделе. Аналитики сомневаются в этом из-за трехнедельного отставания в подаче заявки. Тем не менее листинг паёв как минимум трех Ethereum-ETF планируется на 23 июля.


Эксперты ожидают роста стоимости Эфириума после запуска ETF, прогнозируя увеличение цены на 47% и достижение $5000 к концу 2024 года.
