• Russia ranks 4th in the world in terms of reserves of rare earth metals. The proven reserves of REM at the beginning of 2023 amounted to 16.8 million tons + about 12 million tons undiscovered. This is a very large base, which provides Russia with the 4th place in the world in terms of reserves and the 7th place in terms of production. Technologically, mining is difficult, but there is a demand for REM in the world. Russia needs investments and the expansion of sales markets for the development of the industry.

There are 24 such individuals worldwide: their total wealth is about $3.3 trillion. In the top five after Musk are Jeff Bezos with $263.8 billion, Bernard Arnault with $238.9 billion, Larry Ellison with $237 billion and Mark Zuckerberg with $220.8 billion.

• It will be possible to become an American for $5 million. Trump announced that in 2 weeks, the US government will launch a special program to obtain a residence permit in the United States. It provides for a residence permit fee of $5 million. The money received can be used to cover the budget deficit.
