Пандемия коронавируса продолжает оказывать разрушительное воздействие на мировую экономику. В связи с закрытием предприятий, остановкой туризма и отменой многочисленных рейсов по всему миру наблюдается все более заметное снижение спроса на нефть.

Как правило, низкий спрос оказывает сильное давление на нефтяные котировки, однако сегодня мы они находятся на пути к восстановлению. Причина этого парадокса заключается в том, что ситуация настолько ухудшилась, что Россия и Саудовская Аравия, скорее всего, отложат свои разногласия и договорятся о глубоком сокращении добычи для стабилизации нефтяного рынка.

Из-за этой новости нефть марки Brent подорожала до $33,98, а WTI поднялась до $26,87 за баррель. Цены могут двигаться дальше вверх до четверга, когда ОПЕК+ планирует встретиться и обсудить сокращение добычи.
