Роскомнадзор потребовал от Google создать российское юрлицо

1 января 2017 года вступит в силу закон об условиях распространения информации в интернете новостными агрегаторами, трафик которых превышает 1 млн посетителей в сутки. Иностранные компании, занимающиеся соответствующей деятельностью на территории России, будут обязаны зарегистрировать российское юридическое лицо. Более того, владельцы новостных компаний должны проверять достоверность предлагаемой информации до ее выхода в интернет и удалять информацию, в случае несоответствия действительности по предписанию Роскомнадзора. Если данное требование не будет соблюдено, компаниям придется покинуть российский рынок. 

Самым крупным участникам рынка - компаниям Google, Bing, Yandex, Mail.ru выделяется 3 месяца на регистрацию юрлица. Уточняется, что Google уже имеет юридическое лицо в России, ООО «Гугл», однако, основным направлением деятельности компании является рекламная деятельность. Поэтому, чтобы продолжать распространение информационных услуг в российском интернет пространстве, Google будет необходимо внести изменения в регистрационные данные, либо создать новую компанию.
