Валерий Рязанский, глава комитета Совфеда по соцполитике, выступил с предложением реализации законопроекта, согласно которому все фрилансирующие самозанятые граждане обязуются выплачивать налоги. Закон предусматривает возможность приобретения патента на год вперед, а также наличие упрощенной системы налогообложения. Эти меры приняты для того, чтобы «вывести из тени» самозанятых граждан и вовлечь их в систему трудовых и налоговых отношений. Средняя стоимость патента на деятельность будет составлять порядка 20 тысяч рублей в год, что доступно для любого работающего гражданина. 

Ранее Госдумой были внесены некоторые поправки в Налоговый кодекс страны, согласно которым все официально неработающие граждане, в частности – няни, репетиторы, сиделки, освобождаются от уплаты налога на два года. Такой срок дается для принятия решения о своей дальнейшей занятости: станет ли гражданин индивидуальным предпринимателем или устроится на официальную работу, где уже работодатель будет выплачивать за него налог государству.
