ЕЦБ может продлить программу количественного смягчения

Глава ЕЦБ Марио Драги сообщил, что европейский регулятор может продлить программу выкупа активов с рынка после сентября 2018 года.

Он подтвердил, что покупка активов на уровне 30 млрд евро в месяц продлится до конца сентября текущего года и будет продлена при необходимости.

До тех пор пока Совет управляющих ЕЦБ не убедится, что инфляция в еврозоне планомерно приближается к целевому уровню 2%, будет осуществляться программа количественного смягчения (QE).

Драги отметил, что на текущий момент инфляция в регионе не дает убедительных признаков роста к обозначенной цели.

Ранее, согласно данным Евростата, уровень инфляции в 19 странах еврозоны по окончательной оценке вырос до 1,3%, увеличившись на 0,2% по сравнению с предыдущим месяцем. При этом в марте 2017 года показатель достигал 1,5%.

Заявление главы ЕЦБ оказало негативное давление на курс единой европейской валюты.
