Президент США Дональд Трамп и исполнительный директор Alibaba Джек Мо провели встречу, целью которой было обсуждение возможности расширения филиалов китайской компании в Соединенных Штатах. Путем расширения китайской Alibaba Group на американский рынок будет достигнута важная цель по созданию 1 млн рабочих мест на полный рабочий день в США. Многие американские предприниматели малого бизнеса смогут продавать свои товары в Азии и Китае на торговой платформе Alibaba.

Alibaba в наши дни  является крупнейшей торговой площадкой в интернете, позволяющей миллионам розничных продавцов из Китая вести свою торговлю и бизнес на просторах интернета. После расширения китайский онлайн-гигант торговли планирует сосредоточиться не только на продаже одежды, фруктов и вина, но и на формировании и развитии коммерческих связей между Средним Западом США и Юго-Востоком Азии. Осуществление задуманного плана по созданию рабочих мест будет произведено в течении 5 лет. 

На фоне напряженности отношений между Китаем и новой администрацией Трампа, прошедшая встреча даст новый виток развития дружественных взаимодействий между двумя странами.
