Робот-юрист заменит 3000 сотрудников «Сбербанка»

В конце 2016 года «Сбербанк» запустил работу роботов-юристов, выполняющих автоматизированные обязанности по юридической специальности.  В течении первого полугодия 2017 года кредитная организация планирует внедрение работы подобных роботов и по другим направлениям деятельности, что позволит «Сбербанку» освободить 3000 рабочих мест. 

Робот-юрист занимается написанием исковых заявлений по физическим лицам. Процесс роботизации обязанностей затронет большое количество сотрудников. Многие из них будут попадать в программу переобучения. Если после пройденного обучения сотрудники не смогут применить свои новые знания на практике, руководство банка будет вынуждено прибегнуть к массовым сокращениям работников. Руководство «Сбербанка» стоит перед сложным выбором. Внедрение множества работников-роботов подвергает опасности большое количество специализаций и сотрудников. Заместитель председателя правления «Сбербанка» Кулик признал, что видит в этом проблему. 

Ранее «Сбербанк» уже запускал систему искусственного интеллекта в работу своих подразделений. В 2016 году была запущена система «Iron Lady», отвечающая за звонки должникам-физическим лицам.
