Центробанк передал прокуратуре сведения о 1600 незаконных кредитных организациях

В 2016 году Центробанк РФ передал в прокуратуру, ФАС и МВД сведения о 1600 нелегальных кредитных организациях.

Регулятор начал активно бороться с компаниями, незаконно выдающими потребительские кредиты по ставкам порядка 900% годовых и выше, называющими себя «микрофинансовыми организациями».

В 2015 году Центробанк РФ направил в уполномоченные органы более 400 писем со сведениями о деятельности незаконных кредитных организаций, а в 2016-м количеств подобных заявлений выросло в 4 раза.
