Минфин намерен выкупить Сбербанк у Банка России

Центробанк РФ сообщил, что планирует продать Минфину контрольный пакет акций Сбербанка. Ведомства уже направили в Правительство России соответствующий законопроект.

Доля Банка России будет выкуплена по рыночной стоимости из средств Фонда национального благосостояния (ФНБ). В настоящий момент ЦБ владеет 50% + 1 акцией Сбербанка, стоимость которых составляет 2,8 трлн рублей, при этом общий объем ФНБ равен 7,77 трлн рублей.

Министр финансов Антон Силуанов заявил, что смена контролирующего акционера Сбербанка не повлияет на гарантии государства по вкладам граждан. Он подчеркнул, что покупка акций Сбербанка – это надежная и выгодная инвестиция средств государственного Фонда. Кроме того, решится проблема конфликта интересов, возникающей из-за того, что регулятор является основным акционером поднадзорной финансовой организации.

После выхода новостей, по состоянию на 17:00 мск, акции Сбербанка подорожали на 1,84%, до 256,89 рублей за одну ценную бумагу.
